This conversation was SO refreshing!
When we all shared parts of our “perfect day,” I noticed no one included anything social media-related. It made me think about how I’m using my time because I want more of those “perfect day” things. Those are what I’m sacrificing when I’m draining my cognitive resources in exchange for a few bot followers.
Now I’m thinking of ways I can share without reinventing the wheel every time. And reminding myself to step away and do something else when the words aren’t coming. Like right now.
