Basic tips for working with blue.
Cerulean is cool blue, because it’s closer to green on the color wheel. It’s true that all blues are cool, but they make one that’s cooler just to confuse us.
Ultramarine is warm blue, because it’s closer to red on the color wheel. If you want to mix purple, that’s THE blue to use!
You don’t need to know how to say “Phthalocyanine.” At least not to be a member of this club. I’ll never quiz you on it.
