Let’s switch off our devices for 30 minutes (or more) each day this month to do more the thing we want to be doing!

Huge thanks to SOCIAL MEDIA ESCAPE CLUB hosting this challenge and inviting us to join. I can’t wait to see what you do with your extra 30 minutes! We’ll check in throughout the month to see how you’re doing and share some supportive words.

On October 30, we’ll meet on Zoom to talk and share any projects, thoughts, and intentions for making more space for distraction-free creativity.

• Try a new material

• Take a stroll in your neighborhood

• Practice color mixing

• Draw from life
