Drawing with negative space

A live session focusing on a favorite drawing technique of mine.

What a fun way to get out of your head and put materials onto the page! I used my non-dominant hand for most of the first half of the session.

👋 TIP: It’s good to give your other hand a chance to have fun making marks sometimes!

My favorite drawing of this session was my left-handed kitty, who’s made an appearance in a couple of my sessions. I like peppering in an old photo from previous sessions once in a while. Then you can see how much incredible progress you’re making!
