Unfortunately, I lost my free trial because I switched to annual subscription, thinking I would be charged when my subscription renewed and instead it cancelled my trial and charged me today. Is there anyway I can have my free trial reinstated until next month? (Substack won't let me have 'another' free trial :( They just cancelled my subscription and refunded me). Thanks

Hi Claire. I'm happy to add a month to your subscription, so you won't be charged again until Feb 2027. Will that work?

If you're on an annual subscription, then it wouldn't charge you again until 2027.
