Guilty of pro-CLASS-tinating 😄 but I am getting better on this and more selective - yeah me!!! Thanks for the tips Beth 💛✏️

Same! But personal growth is wonderful so pro-class-tinating isn’t the worst thing we can do! 💖✨

Completely agree with you!

Same here!!! :)

Joe-crastinating. I am cackling. Guilty as charged!

My TJ’s list gets out of control at this time of year! Gotta stock up on that pumpkin spread! What’s your seasonal item of choice?

Krista Steele's avatar

Yum!! Harvest Blend tea is my go to!

I suffer from all of them at different times! I’m thinking about removing myself from see anyone’s art for a few days and see what I create... that means no social media!

Beth Spencer's avatar

Martine, I think that’s an excellent plan! 👏😄 That’s exactly what helps me when I fell less positive about my practice. Let me know how it works for you!

OMG I had to laugh SO HARD at these!!! So funny! PRO-Class-tinating is genius, and yes totally guilty!!!! I am yet to watch some classes I bought 2 years ago, so I am not a strict ban!!!

Love your categories of procrastination! 🙋🏻‍♀️Guilty of the occasional pro-class-tinating over here!

Guilty of almost everything you mention haha:) Although we don't have Trader Joe's in The Netherlands. Love your sketchbook page with the cat by the way, and saw you cuddling with your own lovely cat on the Zoom session as well 🥰

I love the spooky art in this post! - signed, a Pro-Class-tinator

Beth Spencer's avatar

Thank you, Heather! Pro-Class-tinating is really the best way because at least it helps us learn and stay open-minded! Off I go to workout-crastinate! 💪😸

Heather's avatar

I also buy-crastinate, e.g. "I need water-soluble graphite pencils and can't continue until I have them!" (The list of procrastination techniques is truly endless.)

Welcome, Franziska! Thanks so much for your support. ✨ Please let me know if you have any questions, feedback, or need help finding anything. I’m so glad you’re here!

Thank you so much for the shout-out. ❤️

5 days until NO-vember. I’m excited to do it again!

My pleasure! That beautiful 2-letter word still terrifies me. I'm working on something today because I didn't say NO! I need the practice!

A fellow pro-CLASS-tinator and dough-castinator here. But usually I’m not worrying about what others think of my art, it’s just I keep such high expectations from my self, I worry about not liking my own work. It’s a crazy place in my head here 😅

Cheryl Warren's avatar

I’m definitely guilty of this! I feel like I do so much but never get anywhere, I guess I’m just doing a bunch of thinking and not actually making 🤣 By the way, I absolutely LOVE the illustrations in this post Beth☺️

I ADORE that spooky cemetery!!!! Thanks for sharing, as always, Beth!

Yes to all those time wasting activities. I would love to join you for the zoom sessions but 12 am to 1 am finds me in bed sound asleep. Enjoy your sessions.

Def known to dough-crastinate. 😬

Missed the session!!! 🥹 Sorry Beth! I’ll catch up on replay❤️

No worries Parul! We'll draw together again soon! ❤️ I'll be drawing in Shivam's session tomorrow. Maybe you will too!

Omg. I was just talking about this a little in my Live this morning and trying to come up with new names…love your descriptions, they’re purr-fect , as Sean would say!
