Animal Characters in Human Environments
Color constraints to inspire a character, then imagining a world for them.
I let three colors and whatever supplies I had on hand influence my decisions. This may not work in the real world, but it is such a fun way to draw and play with materials!
This character started out as a green blob on a sheet of scrap paper. Eventually, they become a scooter-riding turtle heading to a convenience store.
