I changed the name of this newsletter and updated the header. After noticing lots of folks also named their email campaigns "Happy Mail," I decided to call mine something different. So, I hope you enjoy Notes from your Beth Friend! I absolutely adore putting this newsletter together and want to know what kind of things you'd like to see from me. Take Reggie on a Walk

Sometimes taking a second to see the world through a silly brown dog’s eyes helps me find peace in chaotic times. This week was scary and stressful for so many folks, so I thought I’d invite you to take a relaxing stroll with Reggie and me.
